Emotional Freedom Technique

 

The video and PDF file provide an overview of a Full Version of EFT based on adaptations from Gary Craig, Patricia Carrington and Carol Tuttle with additional features developed by Cristine Price, LPC, EFT-CC.

This technique is effective in releasing strong, negative emotions and stored memories. It can be learned and practiced by anyone, although it is often more effective to be coached in the technique.

The accompanying outline below offer a full overview of the technique. It is advisable to practice the routine daily and to memorize it so that when strong emotions come up it can be used immediately.
